Returns and exchanges are not possible and are only possible if there is a technical defect in the product.

According to the current legislation*, perfumery and cosmetic products of good quality cannot be returned or exchanged.
*Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 12.05.1991 No. 1023-XII and Annex No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" dated 19.03. 1994, No. 172, goods of good quality that are not subject to exchange (return) include: perfumes and cosmetics, sanitary products, combs and massage brushes, goods in aerosol packaging, manicure and pedicure tools (scissors, nail files, etc.).

According to the current legislation of Ukraine, jewelry is included in the list of goods that cannot be returned and exchanged: "Jewelry of proper quality specified in the list of non-food products approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated March 19, 1994, is not subject to return and exchange." 

Exchange and return of TRIP:TYCH brand products is possible only in case of technical defects in the products. You can refuse the ordered goods upon delivery if they do not match what you ordered. Such goods must be returned directly at the time of delivery by courier in their original packaging with the documents accompanying the parcel.

Warranty conditions

The warranty period for structural defects of the product is 3 months from the date of purchase.
Additional warranty for certain types of goods is specified separately.

The warranty does not apply to:
• natural wear and tear of the product;
• mechanical damage resulting from impacts, falls, deformations;
• damage resulting from improper storage or operation;
• exposure to moisture, chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, detergents;
• change in the color of the coating due to natural abrasion;
• individual characteristics of the interaction of metals with the skin (oxidation, darkening, etc.).

The warranty is void in the event of:
• independent repair or intervention by third parties;
• changes in the design of the product;
• violation of the rules of care and operation.

To apply for a warranty, you must keep the product receipt or other document confirming the purchase.
