Delivery of goods is carried out by the transport company "Nova Poshta" to any branch of the company or to the address of the client with whom courier delivery has been arranged. Please note that due to the martial law, we ship your order within 2-5 business days. The TRIP:TYCH team cannot provide the exact delivery time, only an estimate.

When placing an order for the amount of 2400 UAH or more, delivery to a Nova Poshta branch is free.

When placing an order for up to 2400 UAH, the cost of delivery is not included in the price of the goods and is paid by the buyer according to the established tariffs of the company. The cost of delivery is calculated individually based on the declared cost, which corresponds to the actual amount of the order in accordance with the established tariffs of the delivery service. 

Delivery by courier is paid by the buyer separately, regardless of the order amount.


Delivery of jewelry and care products to Europe, America, and other countries of the world, except for the aggressor countries, is carried out by Ukrposhta. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the established tariffs of the delivery service.

Important! We do not provide international delivery of the following categories of goods: alcohol-containing perfumes and spray antiseptics.

Please note that additional charges may apply at customs in your destination country. The prices on our website do not include international taxes, customs duties, and other possible costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to calculate the cost of customs duties as they depend on the customs regulations of each country. We are not responsible for orders that are not accepted by the recipient due to non-payment of customs duties and taxes. In this case, the parcel is returned to the seller with the right to retain the goods and the amount paid for the purchase of the goods.

When receiving the order, it is necessary to check its integrity and correspondence without leaving the place of ordering. Claims regarding the product have to be made during the period of its receipt at the branch of the transport company or upon receipt at the specified address. The TRIP:TYCH team carefully checks the products before shipment but cannot guarantee the quality of the shipping. If the package arrives damaged, the postal operator is responsible for this. In this case, we strongly recommend that you draw up an act with a representative of the postal operator, in which you must indicate the fact that the package is damaged, specify the nature of the damage, a detailed description of the packaging, and its condition at the time of receiving the package.
